Harrison Leisure UK Ltd are now into our seventh season as the owners of Riverside Holiday Park. The AA Holiday Centre has welcomed over 100 new families in the last two seasons alone, and houses a total of 400 regular owners/visitors.

The park covers over 100 acres of level ground in a beautiful countryside location. It is just 10 minutes from the beach and conveniently located close to Southport town centre.
The ground houses up to 430 Owner Occupied Caravan Holiday Homes and over 300 touring pitches, with 100 new touring pitches for the 2008 season.

The park itself benefits from a great clubhouse with regular activities including live entertainment. Other facilities on-site include a well-equipped health club, fish and chip shop, a fully-stocked shop and kids club. Plus we also offer 24 hour security which gives our customers great peace of mind.

Located at Banks, in Southport, the Riverside Holiday Park is conveniently situated on the A565, visitors from all over Britain and Europe find the Riverside Holiday Park is an excellent base from which to explore the North West of England.

Latest developments

Last year we revamped over 30 pitches and welcomed over 50 new owners to the park. 2007 also saw the completion of our latest development in the static caravan park - Wild Rose, with 14 available pitches with Luxury Brentmere Twin Units.

And 2007 is looking to be another busy year, judging by the exciting start we have had! We have just recently completed our new reception and owner enquiry office. These new facilities are more welcoming to customers and offer a more comfortable environment when they check in or require assistance, tea and coffee will also be served here.

New for Summer 07 - our exclusive Wild Rose Complex

Wild Rose is a very exclusive lodge style development set on the banks of our river, and conveniently located close to site amenities.

Wild Rose was created to offer a guests a more private getaway and comes complete with an electric-gated entrance. With only 14 double plots there is much more space between each lodge and privacy fencing and landscaping all around the development will make it a true haven of tranquility.

Commitment to investment

This year we are continuing our commitment to investment across the whole of the park and the services we offer. There are plans for more new developments in 2007; soon we will start work on a new luxury static development, at the entrance to Riverside Park with 30 new plots provided to house our wide range of luxury statics.

Facilities

The Riverside Holiday Park is a large, well-equipped holiday park, open from March to January. The park offers a full range of modern facilities for: tourers, motor homes, trailer tents, tents and owner occupied long-term static caravan holiday homes.

Amenities

The park’s amenities are unrivalled, there is a large touring and camping area which can accommodate over 300 families. The park is ideal for children and there’s fantastic facilities including the ‘Funky Monkey Kids Club', a well equipped play area and even a dog exercise area!

Also available at Riverside Holiday Park is a fantastic schedule of regular entertainment, electric hook ups, newly built toilet blocks a well-equipped launderette and a newly extended, well-stocked shop.

Riverside Health Club

The Riverside health and leisure club is located on the Riverside Holiday Park site. A well-equipped and exclusive complex, complete with swimming pool and gymnasium, for use by our residents and visitors. Weekend passes may be purchased at the health club reception (Adult £10, Children £7).
